This must mean that you have read the Project Overview docs and the Hiring Pages. We've had an interview and someone you know submitted a personal reference. From there you received a Welcome E-mail containing links to the Creative Summer Playbook where you can find essential community agreements, the framework for your role, and templates to our working and volunteer contracts.
Here is what we need to do next. Everyone will sign a frame work agreement and a comission contract. Apprentices will also sign a volunteer contract. These will all be ready to sign on day 1 of camp. To prepare these documents I need some more detailed data that wasn't necessary during the application. I am also beginning to create an employee file for you which includes an insurance policy, permissions, background check, and credentials. 🗂️ 😅
This form is the quickest and safest way to collect this information. At the end of the form you will need to give me consent to process your data for the project.
